About abigail feldman

I am a photographer and artist currently living in Woodbury, Vermont. I have been a passionate observer all of my life, especially since I was formally introduced to the medium of photography at the ripe age of 15. I have photographed all over the country, as well as in many parts of the world. I hold a degree in photography from Bard College, and have a Master of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts, Photography, Video and Related Media Department. My photographs have been exhibited in New York and San Francisco, and have been published in several publications including the Village Voice, The Valley News, as well as on over thirty CD covers and many websites.

I relocated to Vermont in September 2009 after living and working in Brooklyn, New York for 12 years. I love to make art, practice yoga, grow my own food, cook delicious vegetarian feasts, tend to my small flock of chickens, walk with my dog, snowshoe in the woods, knit for friends, dance after midnight, drive fast on back roads, nerd out about photography etc...

Abigail was a fantastic, attentive, and flexible photographer. Before the wedding, she helped us organize our thoughts and create a schedule so she could be sure not to miss anything. During the event, she was a calm and focused presence, and she somehow managed to be everywhere at once, getting absolutely amazing candid shots. We would recommend her to anybody.

The photos Abigail took for our wedding are just beautiful. So many candid shots of our family and friends at the chapel and the reception really captured the wonderful moments of the day. She was able to take a shot of everyone who attended, so she was everywhere! Abigail worked with us a lot on planning - she asked questions we would not have thought about and, along with candids, had a thorough list of our posed shots to be sure we got everything we wanted. She is wonderful to work with.
